At Ryzesuperfoodsshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our Mushroom Coffee, Chai, Oats, and other superfood products. Refunds are eligible for unopened, unused items that remain in their original, undamaged packaging, and must be requested within 60 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a refund, please send an email to
[email protected] with your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund. Our customer support team will respond to your request within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items (to confirm they meet our refund eligibility criteria), we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Please note that while we offer free worldwide shipping for all orders, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the refund is due to a product defect, damage, or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label. No original shipping costs (which we cover) will be deducted from eligible refunds.
